The measured emf of the cell :
Pt(s) | H2(g, 1 bar) | H+ (aq, 1 M) || Cu2+ (aq, 1 M)| Cu

E^Ө_cell = E^Ө_right – E^Ө_left

Standard hydrogen electrode is at the left

E^Ө_left=0 plug this values we get
E^Ө_cell = E^Ө_right – 0
E^Ө_cell = E^Ө_right

After experiment we get E^Ө_cell= 0.34 V which is the required value
