1. What is there on your left?

Solution: To identify what is on your left, stand or sit facing forward. Extend your left arm straight out to the side. Whatever is in that direction is on your left. In a classroom, common things on the left might be a wall, a window, a desk, or another student. For example, the wall of the classroom is on my left.

Solution: To determine what is behind you, turn around so your back is facing the direction you were originally looking. The objects or people in this direction are behind you. In a classroom setting, this could include desks, chairs, other students, or the back wall.

3. On whose left side are you sitting?

Solution: To figure this out, imagine you are looking in the same direction as the person you are sitting next to. If you are to their left, then they are to your right. If you are to their right, then they are to your left. For instance, if you are sitting on the left side of Ankit, then Ankit is sitting on your right side.
