- निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर उस पर आधारित प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए :
बालमन तकनीक के जाल में बुरी तरह उलझ गया है। खेल, सूचनाएँ, अध्ययन से जुड़ी सामग्री, विद्यालयी गतिविधियों की जानकारियाँ और मित्रता तक सब कुछ बच्चे तकनीकी संसाधनों के माध्यम से ले रहे हैं। तकनीक के सीमित क्षेत्र में मासूम मन ने अपनी एक अलग दुनिया बना ली है। पल-पल अवतरित होती सामग्री बालमन को बहला ही नहीं, भटका भी रही है। हर तरह के रंग लिए इस सामग्री में रमे बच्चों को कोई हिदायत या अभिभावकों की सहज सलाह भी स्वीकार नहीं। इन माध्यमों ने बच्चों की मासूमियत ही नहीं समझ भी छीन ली है।
विश्व स्वास्थ्य संगठन ने मोबाइल गेमिंग की लत को एक डिसऑर्डर माना है। इस आभासी व्यस्तता के कारण एकाग्रता के साथ-साथ बच्चों की बाल सुलभ रचनात्मकता भी खो रही है। गेमिंग की लत के कारण शारीरिक गतिविधियाँ घटने से बच्चों को मोटापा, आलस और अनिद्रा की समस्याएँ घेर रही हैं। एम्स के चिकित्सकों के अनुसार हमारे यहाँ 2050 तक लगभग 40 से 45 फीसदी बच्चे मायोपिया का शिकार हो जाएँगे।
बच्चों की इस बदलती दुनिया में अभिभावकों का समय रहते चेतना आवश्यक है। बच्चों और बड़ों के बीच नियमित संवाद ज़रूरी है। घर का माहौल बदलना और माता-पिता का भी स्मार्टफोन की चकाचौंध से दूर रहना पहला क़दम है। मोबाइल फोन की लत के शिकार बच्चों को धीरे-धीरे संयम के साथ सहज जीवन की ओर मोड़ना होगा। बीते दिनों फ्रांस में स्नायु विज्ञानी, मनोवैज्ञानिक और अन्य विशेषज्ञों की समिति ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में सिफ़ारिश की है कि बच्चों को तेरह वर्ष की आयु तक स्मार्टफोन का प्रयोग नहीं करने देना चाहिए और 18 वर्ष की आयु तक सोशल मीडिया मंचों के प्रयोग पर भी पूरी तरह रोक लगा देनी चाहिए। तकनीक के इस जाल में उलझने से बचाने या उलझने के बाद फिर सहज जीवन से जोड़ने का पहलू हो, दोनों मोर्चों पर माता-पिता का संयमित और समझ भरा बर्ताव बच्चों का जीवन सहेज सकता है। 1
