सामान्य निर्देश :
निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से अनुपालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में कुल 14 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर देना अनिवार्य है।
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में दो खंड हैं - खंड-‘अ’ और खंड-‘ब’।
- खंड-‘अ’ में 40 बहविकल्पी/वस्तुपरक उप-प्रश्न पूछे गए हैं, सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखने हैं।
- खंड-‘ब’ में 08 वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न पूछे गए हैं। प्रश्नों के उचित आंतरिक विकल्प दिए गए हैं।
- प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए लिखिए।
- यथासंभव दोनों खंडों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर क्रमशः लिखिए।

तकनीक की हर नई छलांग उत्साह भी पैदा करती है और चिंता भी लाती है। ‘डीपमाइंड’ और ‘ओपनएआई’ जैसी कंपनियों द्वारा बनाए गए नए स्मार्ट चैटबॉट्स ने लोगों का मन मोह लिया है। इनमें इंसानों की तरह सवालों के जवाब देने की क्षमता है। ये बारीकियों की व्याख्या कर सकते हैं, साथ ही, तथ्यों को विश्वास के साथ साझा भी कर सकते हैं। ये चैटबॉट नए नहीं हैं। इंसानों के संवाद करने में सक्षम कंप्यूटर प्रोग्राम या चैटबॉट्स की अवधारणा का 1950 के दशक से ही एक इतिहास रहा है । शुरुआती चैटबॉट्स में से एक एलिजा है, जिसे 1960 के दशक में कंप्यूटर वैज्ञानिक जोसेफ वीजेनबाम ने प्राकृतिक भाषा प्रसंस्करण और कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता प्रौद्योगिकी का परीक्षण करने के लिए बनाया था। यह कीवर्ड और वाक्यांशों का जवाब देकर सहज ढंग से संवाद कर सकता था। चैटजीपीटी को अभी तक का सबसे उन्नत चैटबॉट माना जा रहा है।
