- इस प्रश्न-पत्र के चार खंड हैं- क, ख, ग और घ।
- चारों खंडों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर देना अनिवार्य है।
- यथासंभव प्रत्येक खंड के उत्तर क्रमश: दीजिए।
प्रश्न 1
निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए और पूछे गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए-
आजकल दूरदर्शन पर आने वाले धारावाहिक देखने का प्रचलन बढ़ गया है। बाल्यावस्था में यह शौक हानिकारक है। दूरदर्शन पर दिखाए जाने वाले धारावाहिक निम्न स्तर के होते हैं। उनमें अश्लीलता, अनास्था, फैशन तथा नैतिक बुराइयाँ ही अधिक देखने को मिलती हैं। छोटे बालक मानसिक रूप से परिपक्व नहीं होते। इस उम्र में वे जो भी देखते हैं। उसका प्रभाव उनके दिमाग पर अंकित हो जाता है। बुरी आदतों को वे शीघ्र ही अपना लेते हैं। समाजशास्त्रियों के एक वर्ग का मानना है कि समाज में चारों ओर फैली बुराइयों का एक बड़ा कारण दूरदर्शन तथा चलचित्र भी हैं। दूरदर्शन से आत्मसीमितता, जड़ता, पंगुता, अकेलापन आदि दोष बढ़े हैं। बिना समय की पाबंदी के घंटों दूरदर्शन के साथ चिपके रहना बिलकुल गलत है। इससे मानसिक विकास रुक जाता है, नज़र कमजोर हो सकती है और तनाव बढ़ सकता है।

- (ख) दूरदर्शन का दुष्प्रभाव किन पर अधिक पड़ता है और क्यों?
- (ग) दूरदर्शन के क्या-क्या दुष्प्रभाव हैं?
- (घ) 'बाल्यावस्था' शब्द का संधि-विच्छेद कीजिए।
- (ङ) उपर्युक्त गद्यांश के लिए उपयुक्त शीर्षक लिखिए।
उत्तर
- (क) आजकल दूरदर्शन पर दिखाए जाने वाले धारवाहिक निम्न स्तर के होते हैं। उनमें परिपक्वता का अभाव होता हैं। उनमें
अश्लीलता, अनास्था जैसी नैतिक बुराइयाँ होती हैं। इसका बुड़ा प्रभाव दर्शकों पर पड़ता है।
- (ख) दूरदर्शन का दुष्प्रभाव सबसे अधिक छोटे बच्चों पर पड़ता है। इसका मुख्य कारण उनकी उम्र का कम होना है। इस उम्र में
बच्चे जो देखते हैं, उसका सीधा प्रभाव उनके अपरिपक्व मानस पटल पर पड़ता है। बुड़ी आदतों को वे शीध्र ही अपना लेते हैं।
- (ग) आत्मसीमितता, जड़ता, पंगुता, अकेलापन आदि दूरदर्शन के मुख्य दुष्प्रभाव हैं। दूरदर्शन के कारण लोग समय को कम
महत्व देने लगे हैं। घंटों दूरदर्शन के सामने बैठे रहकर अपने समय का व्यर्थ उपयोग करते हैं। बच्चों का सही मानसिक विकास नहीं हो पाता है।
- (घ) बाल्यावस्था = बाल्य + अवस्था (अ +अ = आ) स्वर संधि।
(ड.) दूरदर्शन का दुष्प्रभाव अथवा दूरदर्शन समाज के लिए अभिशाप

कोलाहल हो
