निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से अनुपालन कीजिए:
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में कुल 15 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं।
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में चार खंड हैं – खंड-क. ख. ग. घ /
- खंड-क में कुल 2 प्रश्न हैं, जिनमें उपप्रश्नों की संख्या 10 है।
- खंड-ख में कुल 4 प्रश्न हैं, जिनमें उपप्रश्नों की संख्या 20 है।
- खंड-ग में कुल 5 प्रश्न हैं, जिनमें उपप्रश्नों की संख्या 21 है।
- खंड-घ में कुल 4 प्रश्न हैं।
- प्रश्न-पत्र में समग्र विकल्प नहीं दिया गया है, यद्यपि, कुछ खंडों में आंतरिक विकल्प दिए गए हैं। दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।

- निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर उस पर आधारित दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए :
7 शिक्षकों को अपने यहाँ बहुत से विशेषणों से संबोधित किया जाता रहा है। शिक्षक को राष्ट्र- निर्माता कहा जाता है। युवा पीढ़ी का सुधारक, मशाल-वाहक और पथ-प्रदर्शक भी कहा जाता है। शिक्षक शिक्षा के साथ-साथ अपने शिष्यों को जीवन-कौशल और नैतिक मूल्यों का भी ज्ञान प्रदान करते हैं । मानव जाति के लिए नई सोच और दृष्टिकोण की अपेक्षा भी शिक्षकों से ही की जाती है। शिक्षकों की महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका समाज को सशक्त और समृद्ध बनाने में भी है।
हमारी भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा और प्राचीन ग्रंथों में जगह-जगह एक आदर्श गुरु के गुणों को वर्णित किया गया है। स्कंद पुराण के गुरु-स्तोत्रम् में तो गुरुओं की तुलना ब्रह्मा, विष्णु और महेश से की गई है तथा गुरु को साक्षात् परब्रह्म माना गया है। एक अच्छे गुरु में गहन ज्ञान, विद्वता, करुणा, नैतिकता व चरित्र, नवीनता, नवाचार, अनुशासनप्रियता और समानता का भाव अपेक्षित है। यही गुण एक गुरु को महान बनाते हैं और शिष्यों के जीवन में सकारात्मक प्रभाव डालते हैं।
