- निम्नलिखित काव्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर उस पर आधारित दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए : 8 ‘कुछ लोग हमारे पड़ोसी भी थे और हम भी थे किसी के पड़ोसी अब जाकर यह ख्याल आता है। ‘‘पड़ोसियों को कह कर आए हैं। दो-चार दिन घर देख लेना'' यह वाक्य कहे-सुने अब एक अरसा हुआ है। हथौड़ी कुदाल कुएँ से बाल्टी निकालने वाला लोहे का काँटा, दत्वन, नमक हल्दी, सलाई एक-दूसरे से ले-देकर लोगों ने निभाया है लंबे समय तक पड़ोसी होने का धर्म धीरे-धीरे लोगों ने समेटना कब शुरू कर दिया ख़ुद को, यह ठीक-ठीक याद नहीं आता अब इन चीज़ों के लिए कोई पड़ोसियों के पास नहीं जाता याद में शादी-ब्याह का वह दौर भी कौत्हल से भर देता है जब पड़ोसियों से ही नहीं पूरे गाँव से कुर्सियाँ और लकड़ी की चौकियाँ तक बारातियों के लिए जुटाई जाती थीं' और लोग सौंपते हुए कहते थे – बस ज़रा एहतियात से ले जाइएगा ! बस अब इस नई जीवन शैली में हमें पड़ोसियों के बारे में कुछ पता नहीं होता कैसी है उनकी दिनचर्या और उनके बच्चे कहाँ पढ़ते हैं ? वह स्त्री जो बीमार-सी दिखती है, उसे हुआ क्या है ? किसके जीवन में क्या चल रहा है ? कौन कितनी मुश्किलों में है ? हमने एक ऐसी दुनिया रची है जिसमें खत्म होता जा रहा है हमारा पड़ोस।
