सामान्य निर्देश :
निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका अनुपालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में प्रश्नों की संख्या 14 है। सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं।
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में दो खंड हैं - खंड-‘अ’ और ‘ब’ | खण्ड-‘अ’ में 40 बहुविकल्पी/वस्तुपरक उपप्रश्न पूछे गए हैं। दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए सभी 40 उपप्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए।
- खण्ड-‘ब’ में 8 वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न पूछे गए हैं, आंतरिक विकल्प भी दिए गए हैं।
- प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए दीजिए।
- यथासंभव सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर क्रमानुसार लिखिए।

- निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर दिए गए प्रश्नों के सर्वाधिक उपयुक्त उत्तर वाले
विकल्प चुनकर लिखिए: <math display="block">10 \times 1 = 10</math>
यदि मानव परस्पर पृथक् होकर कार्य तथा विचार करें तो मानवसमाज की प्रगति संभव नहीं। इसलिए मनुष्य का मन, वचन और कर्म से यथासंभव एक होना आवश्यक है। यदि हम एकजुट होकर काम करते हैं तो हमारी उन्नित निश्चित है। यदि हम बँटकर, बिखरकर काम करते हैं तो हमारी अवनित होकर रहेगी। कहते हैं कि एकता में ही बल है – अकेला चना भाड़ नहीं फोड़ता। एक मामूली तिनके की क्या बिसात ! किंतु जब वही संगठित हो जाता है तो उससे बनी रस्सी के द्वारा बड़े-बड़े उन्मत्त गजराज भी बाँध दिए जाते हैं।
एक नन्हीं-मुन्नी बूँद की क्या हस्ती ! किन्तु वही बूँद मिलकर समुदाय रूप में जब नद बन जाती है तो उसके सामने बड़े–बड़े भूधर भी काँपने लगते हैं । एक छोटी–सी ईंट तो किसी ठोकर या चोट से फोड़ी जा सकती है किंतु जब वही मिलकर दीवार बनती है तो बड़े-बड़े वीरों के पथ अवरुद्ध हो जाते हैं। जो चींटी छोटी और दुबली मालूम पड़ती है, वही जब एक साथ हो जाती है तो विषधर भुजंगों को भी चट कर जाती है। यदि चिड़ियाँ एका कर लें तो शेर की खाल खींच सकती हैं। यदि हम अपने शरीर की ओर देखें तो एकता का महत्त्व स्पष्ट हो जाएगा।
