1. निम्नलिखित गद्यांश को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़कर दिए गए प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए :
10 मोटापा भारत समेत दुनिया के विभिन्न देशों में बढ़ती हुई एक स्वास्थ्य समस्या का विषय है। यह सभी आयु, वर्ग और पृष्ठभूमि के व्यक्तियों को प्रभावित करता है। इसे शरीर में अतिरिक्त चर्बी के रूप में परिभाषित किया जाता है और आमतौर पर इसे ‘बॉडी मास इंडेक्स’ द्वारा मापा जाता है। मोटापा और अधिक वजन की समस्या समय के साथ बढ़ती जाती है। इसका खतरा सिर्फ़ इसी बात से तय नहीं होता कि कितना खाया जा रहा है, बल्कि किस तरह के खाद्य या पेय पदार्थों का सेवन किया जा रहा है, कितनी और किस तरह की शारीरिक गतिविधियाँ की जा रही हैं, रात में कितनी अच्छी नींद ली जा रही है, इन सबसे भी यह निर्धारित होता है।
