सामान्य निर्देश :
निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से अनुपालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में कुल 18 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर देना अनिवार्य है।
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में दो खंड हैं – खंड-‘अ’ और खंड-‘ब’।
- खंड-‘अ’ में उपप्रश्नों सहित 45 बहुविकल्पी / वस्तुपरक प्रश्न पूछे गए हैं। दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए कुल 40 प्रश्नों के उत्तर लिखिए।
- खंड-‘ब’ में वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न पूछे गए हैं, आंतरिक विकल्प भी दिए गए हैं।
- प्रश्नों के उत्तर दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए लिखिए।
- यथासंभव दोनों खंडों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर क्रमशः लिखिए।

कम उम्र में स्क्रीन पर अधिक से अधिक समय बिताना बच्चों के लिए बेहद हानिकारक है। अब तक तो टीवी या कंप्यूटर ही था, जिसे माता-पिता या घर के बड़े लोग नियंत्रित कर सकते हैं, मगर मोबाइल, टैब तो हाथ में होता है। उस पर कितना समय बिताया, यह आसानी से पता नहीं चलता । फिर अगर ये पढ़ाई का हिस्सा हो, तब भी कोई रोक-टोक भी कैसे की जा सकती है ? एक वक्त था, जब स्कूलों में बच्चों के मोबाइल ले जाने पर प्रतिबंध था । लेकिन कोरोना महामारी के कारण उपजी परिस्थितियों ने बच्चों और स्मार्ट-फोन की दूरी हटा दी। उन दिनों माता-पिता ऐसी शिकायत करते हुए पाए गए कि आखिर 24 घंटे वे कैसे नज़र रख सकते हैं कि बच्चे क्या देख रहे हैं ? ऐसी रिपोट भी आई हैं कि अपने देश में बच्चे सबसे अधिक फेसबुक का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। गलत वेबसाइटों पर जाकर तथा उसे देखकर कई बच्चे ऐसे-ऐसे अपराध करने लगे हैं जिनके बारे में पहले सुना नहीं जाता था । समय आ गया है कि बच्चों के गैजेट्स इस्तेमाल करने को लेकर एक सुस्पष्ट सलाह के साथ देश में जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाए । यदि समय के साथ प्रतिस्पर्धा करनी है तो इन्हें नई-नई तकनीक से दूर नहीं किया जा सकता, मगर एक संतुलन भी आवश्यक है।
