निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका अनुपालन कीजिए :
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में कुल सात प्रश्न हैं।
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में दो खंड हैं – खंड-क और खंड-ख । सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं । यथासंभव सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर क्रमानुसार लिखिए।
- लेखन कार्य में स्वच्छता का विशेष ध्यान रखिए।
- खंड-क में कुल 3 प्रश्न हैं। दिए गए निर्देशों का पालन करते हुए इनके उपप्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।
- खंड-ख में कुल 4 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्नों के साथ विकल्प भी दिए गए हैं। निर्देशानुसार विकल्प का ध्यान रखते हुए चारों प्रश्नों के उत्तर दीजिए।

- निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों के उत्तर 25-30 शब्दों में लिखिए :

- (क) ‘मानवीय करुणा की दिव्य चमक’ पाठ के आधार पर फ़ादर कामिल बुल्के का अपने शब्दों में रेखाचित्र प्रस्तुत कीजिए।
- (ख) “फ़ादर कामिल बुल्के को ज़हरबाद से नहीं मरना चाहिए था” – लेखक ने ऐसा क्यों कहा ? ‘मानवीय करुणा की दिव्य चमक’ पाठ के आधार पर स्पष्ट कीजिए।
- (ग) ‘लखनवी अंदाज’ पाठ के लेखक ने सेकंड क्लास के डिब्बे की टिकट क्यों लिया ?
- (घ) इच्छा होते हुए भी लेखक और नवाब साहब दोनों के खीरा न खाने का कारण ‘लखनवी अंदाज' पाठ के आधार पर बताइए।
- निम्नलिखित प्रश्नों में से किन्हीं दो प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 60 शब्दों में लिखिए: <math>3 \times 2 = 6</math>

- (ख) "हम सभी नदियों और पर्वतों के ऋणी हैं" – कैसे ? 'साना-साना हाथ जोड़ि' पाठ के आधार पर स्पष्ट कीजिए।
- (ग) ‘जॉर्ज पंचम की नाक’ पाठ के आधार पर बताइए कि रानी एलिजाबेथ द्वितीय के भारत आगमन से पूर्व अधिकारियों को क्या चिंता हुई । देश की नाक बचाने के लिए कौन-सी जी-तोड़ कोशिशें की गईं ?
