कहानी की बात (क)

दिनेश की माँ मशीन चलाते-चलाते बोलीं, "बेटा, कहाँ जा रहे हो?" दिनेश की माँ कौन-सी मशीन चला रही होंगी? तुमने इस मशीन को कहाँ-कहाँ देखा है।
Solution:

दिनेश की माँ संभवतः सिलाई मशीन चला रही होंगी। सिलाई मशीन का उपयोग कपड़े सिलने, मरम्मत करने या नए कपड़े बनाने के लिए किया जाता है। मैंने इस मशीन को अपने घर में, पड़ोस के घरों में, दर्जी की दुकानों पर और कपड़ों की दुकानों में देखा है। यह एक आम घरेलू उपकरण है।

कहानी की बात (ख)

दिनेश ने सारी सीताफल की बेल छान मारी। दिनेश क्या खोज रहा था? दिनेश को कैसे पता चला होगा कि क्यारी में वही चीज़ गिरी है?
Solution:

दिनेश उस चीज़ को खोज रहा था जिसकी गिरने की आवाज़ उसने सुनी थी। उसे लगा कि शायद कोई गेंद या ऐसी ही कोई चीज़ क्यारी में गिरी है। दिनेश ने यह अनुमान लगाया होगा कि क्यारी में वही चीज़ गिरी है क्योंकि उसने गिरने की आवाज़ उसी दिशा से सुनी थी जहाँ सीताफल की बेल फैली हुई थी।

कहानी की बात (ग)

दिनेश अच्छी तरह जानता था कि गेंद दीपक की नहीं है। दिनेश को यह बात कैसे पता चली कि गेंद दीपक की हो ही नहीं सकती? दीपक बार-बार गेंद को अपनी क्यों बता रहा होगा।
Solution:

दिनेश को यह पता था कि दीपक की गेंद पाँच महीने पहले खो गई थी, जबकि यह गेंद बिल्कुल नई और चमचमाती हुई थी। इस अंतर के कारण दिनेश जानता था कि यह गेंद दीपक की नहीं हो सकती। दीपक बार-बार गेंद को अपनी इसलिए बता रहा होगा क्योंकि उसकी अपनी गेंद खो गई थी और उसे यह नई गेंद मिल गई थी, जिसे वह किसी भी तरह अपने पास रखना चाहता था।

गेंद किसकी (क)

दीपक ने गेंद को अपना बताने के लिए उसके बारे में कौन-कौन सी बातें बनाई?
Solution:

दीपक ने गेंद को अपना बताने के लिए कई बातें बनाईं। उसने कहा कि उसकी गेंद पाँच महीने पहले खो गई थी। उसने यह भी बताया कि उसकी गेंद पर ठीक वैसा ही लाल रंग का निशान है जैसा इस गेंद पर दिख रहा है। दीपक ने यह भी दावा किया कि उसकी गेंद के टप्पे से भी ऐसी ही आवाज़ आती थी और वह अपने पापा से भी कहलवा सकता है कि यह गेंद उसी की है।

अगर दीपक और दिनेश गेंद के बारे में फैसला करवाने तुम्हारे पास आते, तो तुम गेंद किसे देतीं? यह भी बताओं कि तुम यह फैसला किन बातों को ध्यान में रखकर करतीं?
Solution:

अगर दीपक और दिनेश गेंद के बारे में फैसला करवाने मेरे पास आते, तो मैं गेंद दिनेश को देती। मेरा यह फैसला इस बात पर आधारित होता कि गेंद दिनेश को मिली थी और वह उसे ढूंढ रहा था। दीपक झूठ बोल रहा था और गेंद को हथियाने की कोशिश कर रहा था, जबकि गेंद वास्तव में उसकी नहीं थी। इसलिए, जो वस्तु मिलती है, वह उसी की होती है जब तक कि असली मालिक साबित न हो जाए।

गेंद की कहानी

गेंद स्कूटर के साथ कहीं चली गई। उसके बाद गेंद के साथ क्या-क्या हुआ होगा? सोचकर बताओ।

जब गेंद स्कूटर के साथ चली गई होगी, तो संभव है कि स्कूटर वाला उसे घर ले गया हो। वहाँ घर के बच्चों ने नई गेंद देखकर खुशी मनाई होगी और वे तुरंत उस गेंद से खेलने लगे होंगे। हो सकता है कि उन्होंने गेंद को अपने दोस्तों के साथ भी खेला हो या उसे किसी सुरक्षित जगह पर रख दिया हो।

पहचान

मान लो तुम्हारा कोई खिलौना घर में ही कहीं खो गया है। तुमने अपने साथियों को घर पर बुलाया है ताकि सब मिलकर उसे खोज लें। तुम अपने खिलौने की पहचान के लिए अपने साथियों को कौन-कौन सी बातें बताओगी? लिखो।

अगर मेरा कोई खिलौना खो जाता और मैं अपने साथियों को उसे खोजने के लिए बुलाती, तो मैं उसकी पहचान के लिए कुछ खास बातें बताती। उदाहरण के लिए, अगर वह खिलौना एक गुड़िया है, तो मैं बताऊँगी कि यह एक जापानी गुड़िया है जो बिजली से चलती है और नाचती है। उसने गुलाबी रंग की फ्रॉक पहनी हुई है, उसके बाल घने, लंबे और काले हैं। उसकी आँखें अभी बंद होंगी, और शायद उसके हाथ में एक छोटा सा बैग भी हो। इन विशिष्टताओं से मेरे साथियों को खिलौने को पहचानने में आसानी होगी।

कहाँ

सामने की क्यारी में भिंडियों के ऊँचे-ऊँचे पौधे थे। एक ओर सीताफल की घनी बेल फैली हुई थी। सीताफल की बेल होती है और भिंडी का पौधा बताओ और कौन-कौन सी सब्ज़ियाँ बेल और पौधे पर लगती है।

कहानी में बताया गया है कि सीताफल की बेल होती है और भिंडी का पौधा होता है। इसी तरह, कई अन्य सब्ज़ियाँ भी बेल या पौधे पर लगती हैं।
