निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से पालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 34 प्रश्न हैं । सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं ।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उसके सामने अंकित हैं।
- उत्तर संक्षिप्त तथा बिंदुवार होने चाहिए।
- 3 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर 50 से 75 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- 4 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 150 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- 6 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 200 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के सभी भागों के उत्तर एक साथ लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- अत्यधिक सर्दी एवं बढ़ते हुए प्रदूषण स्तर के कारण ‘ग्रीन इंडिया इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स’ ने एक नया पर्यावरण- हितैषी हीटर बाज़ार में उतारने की योजना बनाई । उसने सर्वेक्षण किया और पाया कि इस उत्पाद की माँग बहुत अधिक थी। चूँकि सर्दी का मौसम केवल 2 से 3 महीने का होता है, अतः मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी चाहता था कि आदेशों की समय पर आपूर्ति करने के लिए सभी प्रबन्धकों के मध्य आपसी समन्वय होना चाहिए । उच्च स्तरीय प्रबन्धकों को, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि संगठन की नीतियों का उचित क्रियान्वयन हो, अपने अधीनस्थों के साथ समन्वय करने के लिए कहा गया । यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि हीटर समय पर तैयार हो जाएँ, उत्पादन प्रबंधक ने प्रचालन स्तर के प्रबन्धकों के साथ समन्वय किया । प्रचालन स्तर के प्रबन्धकों ने, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कि कार्य योजनाओं के अनुरूप आगे बढ़े, कर्मचारियों की गतिविधियों के साथ समन्वय किया । परिणामस्वरूप ‘ग्रीन इंडिया इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स’ समय पर अपने हीटर बाज़ार में उतारने में सफल हुई।
उपरोक्त स्थिति में चर्चित समन्वय की विशेषता है :
- समन्वय एक सोचा समझा कार्य है।
- समन्वय सभी प्रबन्धकों का उत्तरदायित्व है।
- समन्वय एक निरन्तर चलने वाली प्रक्रिया है।
- समन्वय कार्यवाही में एकता लाता है।
