सामान्य निर्देश :
निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से पालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 34 प्रश्न हैं । सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं ।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उसके सामने अंकित हैं।
- उत्तर संक्षिप्त तथा बिंदुवार होने चाहिए।
- 3 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर 50 से 75 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- 4 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 150 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- 6 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 200 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के सभी भागों के उत्तर एक साथ लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- रितिका एक नई कपड़े धोने की मशीन खरीदना चाहती थी। वह ‘इलैक दुनिया’ गई, जो एक बड़ा इलेक्ट्रॉनिक स्टोर है। उसने वहाँ प्रदर्शित विभिन्न ब्राण्ड्स और मॉडल जैसे केएम, नीओ, यूनीपूल, आईएनएच आदि देखे।
स्टोर पर विक्रयकर्ता ने कपड़े धोने की विभिन्न मशीनों की गुणवत्ता, ब्राण्ड प्रतिष्ठा तथा मूल्यों के अंतर को समझाया । अब रितिका कपड़े धोने की पूर्ण-स्वचालित, अर्ध-स्वचालित, टॉप लोड तथा फ्रंट लोड मशीनों की तुलना कर सकती थी। विक्रयकर्त्ता ने उसे प्रोत्साहित किया कि वह अपना समय ले, विभिन्न ब्राण्ड्स की जाँच करे और अपने प्रश्नों का समाधान करे । रितिका पास की एक अन्य दुकान पर भी गई ताकि कपड़े धोने की विभिन्न मशीनों के मूल्यों एवं विशेषताओं की तुलना कर सके।
सभी उपलब्ध विकल्पों की तुलना करने के बाद, रितिका ने कपड़े धोने की ‘नीओ’ फ्रन्ट लोड मशीन को चुना क्योंकि उसके बज़ट में यह सर्वश्रेष्ठ विशेषताएँ प्रस्तावित कर रही थी।
उपरोक्त स्थिति में रितिका द्वारा उपयोग में लाया गया अधिकार है :
