शैक्षिक सत्र-2026-27 विषय-प्लम्बर (कक्षा-9)
पूर्णांक 70 अंक
इसमें 70 अंकों की लिखित परीक्षा तथा 30 अंकों का आंतरिक मूल्यांकन विद्यालय स्तर पर होगा। लिखित एवं आंतरिक मूल्यांकन में क्रमशः 23 एवं 10 तथा कुल 33 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। उद्देश्यः-
- छात्रों को प्लंबिंग ट्रेड के महत्व एवं उपयोगिता की जानकारी देना।
- छात्रों को प्लंबिंग कार्यों के निष्पादन की मूल प्रक्रिया और सामग्री चयन की जानकारी देना।
- छात्रों को सुरक्षा एवं सावधानिया sa की जानकारी देना।
- छात्रों में व्यवसाय के प्रति रूचि पैदा करना।
- छात्रों में उद्यमिता गुणों का विकास करना एवं उन्हें स्वरोजगार की ओर प्रेरित करना। रोजगार के अवसरः-

उद्यम, उद्यमी और उद्यमिता की परिभाषा, उद्यमी के गुण एवं विकास, लघु उद्योग स्थापित करने का कार्य पद, सरकारी एवं गैर सरकारी संस्थानों से वित्तीय एवं गैर वित्तीय सहायता की जानकारी, स्व रोजगार के लिए परियोजना प्रस्ताव बनाना, विभिन्न स्व रोजगार योजनाओं का परिचय।
इकाई-2. प्लंबिंग का महत्व-

प्लंबिंग का इतिहास, घरेलू एवं औद्योगिक कार्यों में प्लंबिंग का महत्व, जलापूर्ति, सिंचाई, ईधन, गैस आपूर्ति, सीवेज डिस्पोजल, वर्षा जल संरक्षण तथा स्नान गृह, शौचालय एवं ए0सी0 लगाने में प्लंबिंग कार्यों की उपयोगिता, वायरिंग तथा द्रव प्रवाह में प्लंबिंग का महत्व, उदाहरण तथा केस स्टडी। कृषि कार्यों में तथा फायर ब्रिगेड कार्यों में प्लंबिंग कार्य | वाटर स्प्रिंकलर के कार्य। प्लंबिंग का भविष्य जल संरक्षण एवं ग्रीन प्लंबिंग।

इकाई-3. सुरक्षा एवं प्राथमिक उपचार-
दुर्घटना का अभिप्राय, दुर्घटना के सामान्य कारण एवं बचाव, प्लंबिंग कार्य के दौरान व्यक्तिगत सुरक्षा औजारों की सुरक्षा तथा मशीनों की सुरक्षा, शिक्षा, सुरक्षा के सामान्य नियम, विद्युत, अग्नि से सुरक्षा, अग्निशमन यंत्रों की जानकारी एवं कार्य गैस रिसाव में सुरक्षा नियम सुरक्षा ड्रेस। प्राथमिक उपचार, कृत्रिम श्वसन की विधियां।
इकाई-4. प्लंबिंग कार्य के पदार्थ एवं सामग्री- 15 अंक
प्लंबिंग व्यवसाय में प्रयुक्त होने वाले पदार्थों का वर्गीकरण, लौह एवं अलौह धातु, मिश्रधातु, टिंबर, प्लास्टिक आदि की किस्म, पहचान एवं विशेषताएं, उनके उपयोग तथा चयन के कारक। विभिन्न प्रकार के पाइप एवं ट्यूब प्रयुक्त सामग्री का वर्णन एवं उपयोग-लौह पाइप, ढलवा लोहा पाइप जी आई पाइप, लेड पाइप, तांबे का पाइप, एल्यूमिनियम पाइप, एस्बेस्टस पाइप, कंक्रीट पाइप, प्लास्टिक पाइप आदि,
गास्केट, सीमेंट, श्वेत सीसा तथा पैकिंग सामग्री जैसे धागा, टेप, जूट आदि की संक्षिप्त जानकारी तथा उपयोग।

इकाई-5. पाइप फिटिंग एवं संयोजक-
लंबाई बढ़ाने वाले संयोजक - सॉकेट, फलैंज, कपलिंग, निपुल, दिशा परिवर्तन करने वाले संयोजक- एल्बो, बेंड, रेडियस, ब्रांच लाइन वाले संयोजक- क्रॉस, टी, वाई साइज परिवर्तन करने वाले संयोजक जैसे रिड्यूसर, लाइन अवरोधक जैसे प्लग, कैप आदि की बनावट, उपयोग आदि पहचान का संक्षिप्त विवरण।
इकाई-6. प्रवाह नियंत्रक-
15 अंक
विभिन्न प्रकार के वाल्व एवं कॉक टोंटी, फायर हाइड्रेंट, रिलीफ वाल्व, चेक वाल्व की पहचान एवं लगाने का तरीका। उनकी जांच करना, मरम्मत करना तथा अनुरक्षण। जल वितरण प्रणाली तथा गंदे जल निकासी प्रणाली का अध्ययन।
(आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन–20 अंक का प्रयोगात्मक कार्य तथा 10 अंक की मासिक परीक्षा पर आधारित होगा)
प्रयोगात्मक कार्य
- प्राथमिक उपचार में पट्टी बांधने का अभ्यास तथा कृत्रिम श्वसन देने का अभ्यास।
- प्लंबिंग ड्रॉइंग पढ़ना।
- किसी जांच की लंबाई, मोटाई चौड़ाई तथा गोलाई ज्ञात करना।
- मृदु इस्पात के टुकड़े को दिए गए साइज में हेक्सा से काटना तथा चिपिंग करना।
- जॉब में 10 एमएम का ड्रिल से छेद करना तथा आंतरिक चूड़ी काटना।
- जी आई पाइप पर चूड़ी बनाना तथा साकेट कसना।
- जी आई पाइप को बंकन मशीन पर मोड़ने का अभ्यास।
- गंदे जल की निकासी के लिए पाइप को सीवर से जोड़ना।
- नया पाइप कनेक्शन बनाना तथा उसमें टोंटी लगाना।
- वर्षा जल को संरक्षित करने के लिए पाइप फिटिंग करना।
- पाइप में लीकेज की मरम्मत करना।
- पी वी सी पाइप फिटिंग का प्रयोग करना।
- प्लंबिंग के औजारों की मरम्मत करना।
- साधारण जोड़ बनाना।
