शैक्षिक सत्र-2026-27 विषय—आपदा प्रबन्धन कक्षा-9

पूर्णांक 70 अंक

इसमें 70 अंकों की लिखित परीक्षा तथा 30 अंकों का आंतरिक मूल्यांकन विद्यालय स्तर पर होगा।

लिखित एवं आंतरिक मूल्यांकन में क्रमशः 23 एवं 10 तथा कुल 33 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। उद्देश्य–

  1. स्कूल में विभिन्न आपदाओं के विषय में जागरूकता प्रदान करना।
  2. किसी भी आपदा के घटने पर विद्यार्थीयों को स्वतः बचाव कार्य में मद्द करने के लिए तैयार रहना।
  3. स्कूल स्तर पर मॉडल आपदा प्रबन्धन प्लान के बारे में अवगत होना।
  4. रोजगार के अवसर— इस पाठ्यक्रम से राज्य सरकार, केन्द्र सरकार एवं एन0जी0ओ0 में सहायक के पद पर अवसर प्राप्त होता है।

इकाई-1

15 अंक

परिचय—आपदा का तात्पर्य, भारत एवं विष्व में घटित आपदाये एवं परिस्थितियाँ, नुकसान, मुख्य आपदाओं के उदाहरण, भारत सरकार द्वारा संचालित आपदा संबंधित कार्यों की जानकारी, प्राकृतिक आपदा राहत कोष एवं आपदा नियंत्रण बोर्ड के कार्य।

इकाई-2

15 अंक

आपदा की परिभाषा, किस्म–प्राकृतिक एवं मानवजनित अति– संवेदनषील आपदायें उनके कारण, असुरक्षित दषायें, जोखिम, आपदाओं का वर्गीकरण (भूगर्भीय जोखिम, जल एवं जलवायु सम्बंधित जोखिम, पर्यावरण सम्बंधित जोखिम, रासायनिक, परमाणु, औद्योगिक जोखिम एवं दुर्घटना आदि, उदाहरण एवं व्याख्या)

15 अंक

इकाई-3

विभिन्न प्रकार की आपदाओं का विस्तृत वर्णन— भूकंप, बाढ़, सूखा, चक्रवात, सुनामी, बादल फटना, ज्वालामुखी, भूक्षरण एवं भू स्खलन, बवंडर, तूफान, आंधी, शीत एवं ग्रीष्म वायु, ओला वृस्टि, महामारी के कारण एवं लक्षण, प्रभाव क्षेत्र, पैटर्न, परिणाम आदि की उदाहरण सहित व्याख्या।

इकाई–4

मानव जनित आपदा:- दुर्घटना जनित, नाव, सड़क, रेल, वायुयान, समुद्री वाहन, व जंगल एवं बस्ती की आग, बिल्डिंग का गिरना, स्टेंम्पीड़ (भगदड़), रेडियोएक्टिव प्रदूषण, आतंकवादी हमला, युद्ध बायोटेरज्म, विद्युतीय, विशक्तिकरण, महामारी आदि की दषाएं, प्रमुख घटनाएं, प्रभाव, औद्योगिक गतिविधियां।

इकाई–5

10 अंक

आपदा नियंत्रण:- पूर्वानुमान, चेतावनी, बचाव की योजना, तैयारी, विभिन्न आपदाओं के समय किये जाने वाले एवं न किये जाने वाले कार्य, बचाव के उपाय, आपदा की मापन, इकाई मैपिंग एवं मूल्यांकन, विभिन्न विभागों की जिम्मेदारी, नियंत्रण की स्थापना।

प्रयोग-1: वायुमण्डीय दाब मापना

प्रयोग-2: आर्द्रता (Humidity) मापना

प्रयोग-3: तापक्रम मापना, मानव एवं विवरण
