शैक्षिक सत्र-2026-27 विशय—सुरक्षा
कक्षा-9
पूर्णांक 70 अंक
इसमें 70 अंकों की लिखित परीक्षा तथा 30 अंकों का आंतरिक मूल्यांकन विद्यालय स्तर पर होगा। लिखित एवं आंतरिक मूल्यांकन में क्रमशः 23 एवं 10 तथा कुल 33 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है। उद्देश्य–
- राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा एवं अस्मिता की रक्षा का भाव उत्पन्न होना।
- सुरक्षा के महत्व एवं आवश्यकता को समझना।
- छात्रों में उद्यमिता के गुणों का विकास करना।
- आकस्मिकता एवं खतरों से निपटने की योग्यता का विकास करना।
- प्राथमिक चिकित्सा की आवश्यकता को समझते हुए सम्बन्धित सामान्य जानकारी होना।
- सुरक्षित वातावरण बनाये रखने में प्रौद्योगिकी के महत्व को समझना।
- सुरक्षा हेतु सभी नागरिकों को कर्तव्य एवं उत्तरदायित्व का बोध कराना।
- संवाद दक्षता एवं व्यक्तित्व का विकास करना।

- पाट्यक्रम में प्रवीणता प्राप्त करने के पश्चात् सम्बन्धित छात्र एवं छात्रायें भविष्य में देश की सुरक्षा बलों से
सम्बन्धित विभिन्न सेवाओं में सैनिक एवं अधिकारियों के रूप में अपनी समझ के आधार पर पर्याप्त योगदान दे सकते हैं।

- नागरिक सुरक्षा संगठन—अग्नि शमन सेवा, बचाव सेवा एवं प्राथमिक चिकित्सा सेवा।
इकाई-4 सुरक्षा एवं प्राथमिक चिकित्सा 18 अंक
- प्राथमिक चिकित्सा के आधारभूत सिद्धान्त।
- प्राथमिक चिकित्सा सम्बन्धी उपकरण एवं सुविधायें।
- प्राथमिक चिकित्सा के सामान्य नियम।
- स्वास्थ्य आपात एवं प्राथमिक चिकित्सा।
- स्वास्थ्य आकरिमकता का अर्थ एवं कारण।
- शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं सामाजिक स्वास्थ्य।
- सार्वजनिक स्थल, कारखानों तथा संगठनों में कार्यरत सुरक्षा सेवकों के स्वास्थ्य एवं कार्य क्षमता को प्रभावित करने वाले कारक।
- बुखार, लू, अस्थमा, पीठ दर्द, घाव, रूधिरस्राव, जलना, साँप/कुत्ते का काटना, कीट डंक, श्वसन एवं परिसंचरण से सम्बन्धित समस्याएं आदि बीमारियों में प्राथमिक चिकित्सा। आंतरिक मूल्यांकन–

प्रत्येक त्रैमासिक में कोई एक प्रोजेक्ट (कुल 3 प्रोजेक्ट)
- व्यायाम का अभ्यास-विभिन्न प्रकार के शारीरिक ड्रिल एवं योग।
- नागरिक सुरक्षा-प्रशिक्षण एवं प्रदर्शन।
- प्राकृतिक एवं मानव निर्मित आपदाओं को सूचीबद्ध करना।
- आकरिमकता के समय प्रयुक्त होने वाले टेलीफोन नम्बरों को सूचीबद्ध करना।
- आपदा से प्रभावी रूप से निपटने के लिए एक काल्पनिक आपदा योजना तैयार करना।
- सिक्योरिटी एलार्म का प्रयोग
- फायर स्टेशन का भ्रमण कर अग्निशमन यंत्र की कार्यविधि का अध्ययन।
- एक औद्योगिक संस्थान/कार्यालय का भ्रमण आयोजित कर आकरिमकता/खतरों हेतु संस्था द्वारा सुरक्षा के उपायों एवं लगाये गये उपकरणों को सूचीबद्ध करना।
- ओ0 आर0 एस0 का घोल तैयार करना।
- थर्मामीटर का प्रयोग।
- प्राथमिक चिकित्सा उपकरणों को सूचीबद्ध करना।

- प्रथम आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन - (प्रोजेक्ट कार्य) अगस्त माह 10 अक
- द्वितीय आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन -(प्रोजेक्ट कार्य) दिसम्बर माह 10 अंक
- तृतीय आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन-(चार यूनिट टेस्ट आधारित) 10 अंक
- प्रथम यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) जुलाई द्वितीय सप्ताह 20 अंक (10 अंक ग्रीष्मावकाश गृहकार्य + 10 अंक यूनिट टेस्ट)
- द्वितीय यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) अगस्त अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- तृतीय यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) नवम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- चतुर्थ यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) दिसम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
नोट:-चारों यूनिट टेस्ट के प्राप्तांकों के योग को 10 अंक में परिवर्तित किया जाय।
