शैक्षिक सत्र-2026-27 विषय-हेल्थ केयर (कक्षा–9) (स्वास्थ्य देखभाल)
इसमें 70 अंकों की लिखित परीक्षा तथा 30 अंकों का आंतरिक मूल्यांकन विद्यालय स्तर पर होगा। लिखित एवं आंतरिक मूल्यांकन में कमशः 23 एवं 10 कुल 33 अंक प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य है।

स्वास्थ्य देखभाल प्रदायगी प्रणाली को समझना। अस्पताल के घटकों और गतिविधियों को अभिज्ञान करना। चिकित्सालय की भूमिका और कार्यों को समझना। विभिन्न पुनर्वास देखभाल सुविधाओं की पहचान, पुनर्वास केन्द्र के कार्यो का उल्लेख करना। दीर्घ अवधि तक देखभाल करने वाली सुविधाओं का वर्णन। आश्रम देखभाल का ज्ञान, मरणासन्न रोगियों की देखभाल। इकाई–2 रोगी देखभाल सहायक की भूमिका 15 अंक

विभिन्न प्रकार की प्रतिरक्षा के बीच अन्तर। टीकाकरण अनुसूची को तैयार करना। विश्वव्यापी टीकाकरण कार्यक्रमों के मुख्य घटकों की पहचान। पल्स टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम के मुख्य घटकों की पहचान। इकाई–6 कार्यस्थल में संचार 10 अंक
संचार के तत्वों की पहचान। संचार के प्रभावी कौशल। आंतरिक मूल्यांकन पूर्णाकः 30 अंक
प्रोजेक्ट कार्य
- विद्यालयों में चिकित्सीय उपकरणों का प्रदर्शन/अस्पताल का भ्रमण।
चिकित्सीय उपकरणों का चित्र बनाना, जैसे रक्तचाप मापी, तापमापी, भारमापी, लम्बाई मापक, स्टेथोस्कोप, टार्च आदि।
- रोगी का बिस्तर तैयार करना। जैव चिकित्सीय अपशिष्टों के निस्तारण की विधियां। रोगियों के दैनिक देखभाल का निरीक्षण, साफ–सफाई, स्नान बिस्तर लगाना, वाइटल्स (श्वसन की दर,
शरीर का तापमान, दिल की धड़कन आदि की माप), दवा देना, मौखिक, IM, IV ।
जैव चिकित्सीय अपशिष्ट, फाइल में Colour Coding Chart (वर्ण कूट चार्ट) बनाना।
- हाथ धोने की विधियों का प्रायोगिक प्रदर्शन-
घर एवं कार्यस्थल पर, एवं शल्य क्रिया से पूर्व। स्वथ्य जीवन शैली हेतु पोस्टर बनाना– सफाई, व्यायाम, खान–पान की आदतें, योगा, मानसिक शान्ति। हाथो को साफ रखने एवं नाखूनों को कटने का चार्ट बनाना।
- सड़क / ट्रैफिक दुर्घटना में चिकित्सीय आपात प्रबन्धन का रोल प्ले। ABC [ Airway, Breathing, Circulation] का प्रदर्शन। प्राथमिक चिकित्सा किट को तैयार करना- प्रयोग
- प्रतिरक्षण के अन्तर्गत आने वाली बीमारियों एवं पल्स कार्यक्रम पर सामूहिक चर्चा। विश्वव्यापी प्रतिरक्षण [Universal Immunization] समय—सारणी का चार्ट बनाना।
- अस्पताल में रोगी एवं परिचारक के प्रथम संवाद का रोल प्ले।
