इकाई 1 कार्य, आजीविका तथा जीविका 10 अंक
अध्याय १ कार्य, आजीविका तथा जीविका इकाई 2 पोषण, खाद्य विज्ञान और प्रौद्योगिकी 15 अंक
अध्याय 2 नैदानिक पोषण और आहारिकी अध्याय ३ जनपोषण तथा स्वारथ्य अध्याय ४ खाद्य प्रसंस्करण और प्रौद्योगिकी अध्याय 5 खाद्य गुणवत्ता और खाद्य सुरक्षा इकाई 3 मानव विकास और परिवार अध्ययन 15 अंक

वाह्य मूल्यांकन आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन
- पाक कला- 04 अंक सत्रीय कार्य (सिलाई एवं प्रोजेक्ट)— 06 अंक
- सिलाई— 04 अंक पाक कला (पाठ्यक्रम पर आधारित)– 06 अंक
- सत्रीय कार्य- 04 अंक 03 अंक
- मौखिक— ०३ अंक (मौखिक सभी इकाईयों से होना अनिवार्य है।) प्रयोगात्मक :
- विनिर्मित खाद्य-अचार, जैम, मुरब्बा, पापड़ एवं बड़ी बनाना।
- एक खाद्य सेवा प्रतिष्ठान या स्कूल कैंटीन माध्यान्ह् भोजन साप्ताहिक योजना हेतु व्यंजन सूची तैयार करना। कम से कम चार मीठा एवं चार नमकीन व्यंजन विधि लिखें।
ध्यान रहे पोषण एवं सुरक्षा का होना आवश्यक है। इसके बनाने में दूध, हरी व ताजी
सब्जी, फल, छेना तथा खोवे का प्रयोग किया जा सकता है।
- नैदानिक भोजन एवं पोषण के दृष्टिकोण से किसी दो बीमारी हेतु नैदानिक आहार आयोजन करें। एक व्यंजन भी तैयार करें।
- सिलाई एवं धुलाई से सम्बन्धित प्रोजेक्ट फाइल तैयार करायें।
पाठों से सम्बन्धित दो फाइल अवश्य तैयार करायी जाय।
- सिलाई- सलवार- कुर्ता (लेडीज) ड्राफ्टिंग एवं काटना सिलना शिक्षिका द्वारा बताया या जायेगा। मरदानी कमीज या बुशर्ट
- एक बेडशीट पर पारम्परिक कढ़ाई के नमूने बनवाये जाय।
पाठों से सम्बन्धित प्रोजेक्ट कार्य एवं कियाकलापों का मूल्यांकन कार्य शिक्षिका अपने देख–रेख में करायेंगी। चार्ट, पोस्टर एवं अनुपयोगी वस्तुओं द्वारा दो उपयोगी वस्तुओं के नमूने भी तैयार कराया जाय।
नोट-
- शिक्षिका द्वारा प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी के कार्य को बाह्य परीक्षक के सामने प्रस्तुत कराया जाय।
- बाह्य परीक्षक के समक्ष प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी से मॉडल बनाने हेतु 1 मीटर कपड़ा ही मंगाया जाय। इस निर्णय का पालन करना अनिवार्य है। (कक्षा-11 एवं 12 में सिलाये गये सिलाई के नमूनों में कोई एक मॉडल तैयार कराया जा सकता है)
3— 50 प्रतिशत अंक आन्तरिक परीक्षक द्वारा प्रदान किये जायेंगे। शेष 50 प्रतिशत बाह्य परीक्षक द्वारा देय होंगे।
- व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थी को निर्धारित केन्द्र द्वारा उक्त कार्य पूर्ण कराये जायेंगे।
उपचारात्मक शिक्षण हेतु चार यूनिट टेस्ट निम्नलिखित है-
- प्रथम यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) जुलाई द्वितीय सप्ताह 20 अंक (10 अंक ग्रीष्मावकाश गृहकार्य + 10 अंक यूनिट टेस्ट)
- द्वितीय यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) अगस्त अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- तृतीय यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) नवम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- चतुर्थ यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) दिसम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
नोट- उपरोक्त यूनिट टेस्ट उपचारात्मक शिक्षण के अन्तर्गत विद्यालय स्तर पर लिये जायेंगे। इनके प्राप्तांक परीक्षफल में सम्मिलित नहीं किये जायेंगे।
