(पशुपालन एवं पशु चिकित्सा विज्ञान)
सिद्धान्त
इकाई—1— पशुओं के प्रमुख नस्लों के विवरण का अध्ययन, उदाहराणार्थ—गाय, भैंस, बकरी, भेड़ तथा मुर्गी। गायों और बैलों के शरीर की वाह्य रचना और उनका शारीरिक क्रिया से सम्बन्ध, पशुओं की आयु आंकना। उत्तम दूध देती गाय तथा भैंस के लक्षण, बैल और सांड़ों के लक्षण और उनका गुणांकन—पत्र विधि से चयन। 10 इकाई-2- गाभिन गाय, ब्याने के समय गाय, नवजात बच्चों, हाल की ब्यानी गायों और दूध देती गायों तथा मुर्गियों की देख–रेख और प्रबन्ध सम्बन्धी सामान्य सिद्धान्त, पशुओं का बंध्याकरण (बिधयाकरण)। 05 इकाई—3— विभिन्न वर्ग के पशुओं तथा बछड़ा—बछड़ी, गाभिन गायों, दूध देती गायों, सांड़ों और बैलों तथा मुर्गियों के लिये आहार सम्बन्धी सामान्य सिद्धान्त। विभिन्न प्रकार के चारों और दानों को वर्ष भर सस्ती उपलब्धि पर सामान्य विचार। गायों को दोहने के लिये साफ करना और तैयार करना, गौशालाओं की सफाई और रोगाणु रहित करने पर सामान्य विचार। दोहन के सिद्धान्त और विधियों तथा दूध का स्वच्छता से उत्पादन, कृत्रिम दूध की पहचान, दूध अभिलेखण। 10 इकाई-4- दूध से बनने वाले पदार्थों जैसे क्रीम, मक्खन, पनीर, दही, आइसक्रीम, घी की सामान्य जानकारी। आपरेशन फ्लंड की संक्षिप्त जानकारी। 10 इकाई—5— पशु प्रजनन, उद्देश्य एवं विधियों की सामान्य जानकारी। 05 इकाई-6- पशु चिकित्सा व्यवहार में प्रमुख साधारण औषधियों और उनकी प्रयोग विधि। उपचार के लिये पशुओं को सम्भालना, गिराना और बांधना, बछड़ों को बिधया करना। पशुओं में होने वाले रोग—खुरपका, मुंहपका, गलाघोंटू, थनैला, अफारा, रानीखेत बीमारियों के लक्षण एवं बचाव। 10
प्रयोगात्मक
- गाय और बैलों की वाह्य शरीर रचना।
- गाय, बैल और भैंस की आयु आंकना।
- उत्तम गाय, भैंस, सांड़ और बैलों के लक्षणों का अध्ययन।
- संतुलित आहार बनाना। पशु आहार के बाजार भावों पर मौखिक प्रश्न।
- विभिन्न वर्गों के पशुओं के बाजार भाव पर मौखिक प्रश्न।
- पशुओं की शल्य क्रिया करने, नाल लगाने और बिधया करने के लिये संभालना, गिराना और बांधना।
- पशु चिकित्सा, व्यवहार में प्रयुक्त साधारण औषधियों की जानकारी और उनकी प्रयोग विधि।
- पालतू पशुओं की ताप, नाड़ी और श्वास गति को ज्ञात करना।
- डेरी फार्म पर रखे जाने वाले विभिन्न अभिलेखों की जानकारी।
- वर्ष भर में किये गये प्रयोगात्मक कार्य का अभिलेख।

व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों की प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा-
व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों की प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा हेतु जो विद्यालय प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा केन्द्र निर्धारित किये जायेंगे, उन विद्यालयों के सम्बन्धित विषयों के अध्यापक / प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा आन्तरिक परीक्षक रूप में व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों को पचास प्रतिशत अंक प्रदान किये जायेंगे, शेष पचास प्रतिशत अंक वाह्य परीक्षक द्वारा देय होंगे।
उपचारात्मक शिक्षण हेतु चार यूनिट टेस्ट निम्नलिखित है-
- प्रथम यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) जुलाई द्वितीय सप्ताह 20 अंक (10 अंक ग्रीष्मावकाश गृहकार्य + 10 अंक यूनिट टेस्ट)
- द्वितीय यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) अगस्त अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- तृतीय यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) नवम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
