इकाई—1 प्रारम्भिक अर्थशास्त्र—सिद्धान्त, अर्थशास्त्र का अर्थ और क्षेत्र, अन्य विज्ञानों से सम्बन्ध, राष्ट्रीय नियोजन में कृषि अर्थशास्त्र का महत्व। 15 उत्पादन के उपादान, प्रतिफल नियम, प्रदेश के प्रमुख उत्पादन आंकड़े—
भूमि—इसकी विशेषतायें, भूमि का उत्पादन के साधन के रूप में महत्व, सघन तथा विस्तृत खेती।
श्रम—श्रम की विशेषतायें, श्रम का संयोजन, श्रम की दक्षता, गतिशीलता।
पूंजी-पूंजी का वर्गीकरण, कृषि में पूंजी का महत्व।
संगठन-प्रबन्ध और उत्तम कृषि उत्पादन के उपादानों का संयोजन।
इकाई-2 विनिमय-परिभाषा एवं प्रकार, विनिमय के लाभ, बाजार के प्रकार, बाजार और सामान्य मूल्य,
मांग और पूर्ति का नियम, मूल्य का सिद्धान्त, द्रव्य, अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय व्यापार के सिद्धान्त। 10 05
इकाई-3 वितरण-परिभाषा एवं निर्धारण के सिद्धान्त-लगान, मजदूरी, ब्याज और लाभ।
इकाई—4 उपभोग—परिभाषा, आवश्यकतायें उनके लक्षण, हासमान, तुष्टिगुण नियम, मांग का नियम, मूल्य सापेक्षता और जीवन स्तर। 05
इकाई-5 सहकारिता का प्रारम्भिक ज्ञान, सहकारिता के सिद्धान्त, विभिन्न प्रकार की सहकारी समितियां, उनके संगठन एक धंधी बनाम बहुधंधी सहकारी समितियां, भूमि विकास बैंक एवं ग्रामीण बैंकों का कृषि में योगदान। 05 इकाई—6 प्रारम्भिक ग्रामीण समाजशास्त्र, ग्राम जीव का उद्भव और विकास, ग्रामों का सामाजिक गठन, विभिन्न सामुदायिक संस्थाओं के कार्य, ग्राम शिक्षा, सामाजिक गतिशीलता तथा सामाजिक परिवर्तन। जनसंख्या दबाव एवं बेरोजगारी समस्या का समाधान। ग्राम पंचायत का गठन एवं ग्राम विकास में योगदान। 05
