अध्याय–2 स्वयं को समझना

प्रयोगात्मक हेतु निर्देश
प्रयोगात्मक कार्य हेतु कुल अंक— 30 अंक सिलाई कला– 5 अंक पाक कला– 5 अंक कढ़ाई कला– 5 अंक रंगाई कला (टाई एण्ड डाई)— 3 अंक प्रोजक्ट कार्य- 6 अंक मौखिक- 6 अंक योग- 30 अंक
प्रयोगात्मक पाठ्यक्रम संबंधी विवरण :--
- विभिन्न आयु वर्ग के अनुसार छात्राओं को शिक्षिका द्वारा निम्न दो नमूना (मॉडल) सिखाया जायेगा—
- सादा फ्रांक या ब्लाउज
- झबला या पेटीकोट
- शिक्षिका हेतु निर्देश :- किसी आयु वर्ग के पोषकीय आवश्यकतानुसार आहार का प्रयोग कराकर छात्राओं को पोषण संबंधी जानकारी देगी।
- भारत के पारंपरिक कढ़ाई के छः नमूने एवं बंधेज से 1 नमूना तैयार कराया जायेगा।
- पाठों से निर्देशानुसार क्रियात्मक एवं प्रयोगात्मक कार्यों, प्रोजेक्ट, फाइल तैयार करायी जायेगी।
- मौखिक
उपचारात्मक शिक्षण हेतु चार यूनिट टेस्ट निम्नलिखित है-
- प्रथम यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) जुलाई द्वितीय सप्ताह 20 अंक (10 अंक ग्रीष्मावकाश गृहकार्य + 10 अंक यूनिट टेस्ट)
- द्वितीय यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) अगस्त अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- तृतीय यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) नवम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- चतुर्थ यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) दिसम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
नोट- उपरोक्त यूनिट टेस्ट उपचारात्मक शिक्षण के अन्तर्गत विद्यालय स्तर पर लिये जायेंगे। इनके प्राप्तांक परीक्षफल में सम्मिलित नहीं किये जायेंगे।
