- सिद्धान्त इकाई-1
- वनस्पति पादप अंगों की वाह्य आकारिकी-मूल स्तम्भ और पर्ण, उनके कार्य और रूपान्तर।
- पुष्प की संरचना तथा उनके विभिन्न भागों का कार्य, पुष्पक्रम के विभिन्न प्रारूप।
- परागण-परागण का प्रारूपिक अध्ययन विधि तथा क्रियाविधि।
- निषेचन—क्रिया विधि का अध्ययन एवं द्विनिषेचन का महत्व।
- फल के प्रारूप, उनके कार्य तथा प्रकीर्णन।

अन्तः आकारिकी—वनस्पति कोशिका संरचना, कोशिका के अन्तर्वस्तु, कोषकीय विभाजन ‘‘सूत्रीय विभाजन (माइटोसिस) एवं अर्धसूत्रीय विभाजन (मियोसिस)' कोशिकाओं का ऊतक के रूप में संगठन तथा विभिन्न ऊतकों के कार्य। एक बीजपत्री और द्विबीज-पत्री मूल, स्तम्भ तथा पर्ण की आन्तरिक आकारिकी द्विबीज-पत्री, स्तम्भ और मूल में द्वितीय वृद्धि (Secondary Growth)।

- पादप शरीर क्रिया (केवल प्रारम्भिक अध्ययन)।
- (क) जल का पौधों द्वारा अन्तर्ग्रहण, मूल की संरचना।
- (ख) वाष्पोत्सर्जन तथा मूलीय दाब, उसका कार्य और महत्व।
- (ग) कार्बन स्वांगीकरण, रंध्रों की संरचना और कार्य, कार्बन स्वांगीकरण की दक्ष कार्य क्रिया में सहायक कारक।
- (घ) प्रकाश संश्लेषण एवं पौधे—खाद्य पदार्थों का संग्रह एवं स्थानान्तरण।
- (ङ) श्वसन के प्रारूप और कार्य।

वर्गीकरण वनस्पति विज्ञान और वनस्पति जगत का प्रारम्भिक परिचय जहां तक सम्भव हो सके क्षेत्रीय उद्यान के सामान्य पौधों के वानस्पतिक (लक्षणों का अध्ययन) ग्रेमिनी, क्रूसीफेरी, लेगुमनेसी, कुकुरविटेसी, सोलैनेसी, माल्वेसी। इकाई-5 ०७ अंक
सूक्ष्म जैविकी का प्रारम्भिक अध्ययन—
- (क) वायरस।
- (ख) ब्लू ग्रीन एल्गी।

- प्राथमिक अंगों के वाह्य अकारिकी का अध्ययन करने के लिये नवोद्भिद् का परीक्षण।
- मूल, स्तम्भ तथा पर्ण के विभिन्न प्रारूपों के भागों और रूपान्तरों का अध्ययन।
- सूक्ष्मदर्शी का प्रयोग।
- प्रारूपिक एक बीज-पत्री तथा द्विबीज-पत्री, मूल और स्तम्भ का अभिरंजन अभ्यास के साथ मुक्तहस्त काट (कटिंग)।
- बीजों का अध्ययन वाह्य तथा आन्तरिक, विभिन्न प्रकार के अंकुरण।
- फलों तथा बीजों का परीक्षण और अभिज्ञान। आर्थिक एवं कृषि महत्व।
- पादप शरीर क्रिया के वाष्पोत्सर्जन, कार्बन स्वांगीकरण प्रकाश संश्लेषण तथा श्वसन से सम्बन्धित साधारण प्रयोगों के प्रदर्शन।
- पुष्पों और उनके भागों का परीक्षण, विच्छेदन और वर्णन।
- पाठ्य विषय में दिये हुये फूलों के सामान्य क्षेत्रीय उद्यान के पौधों और आप्तृण के वाह्य वानस्पतिक लक्षणों का अध्ययन और अभिज्ञान।

नोट—अभ्यास पुस्तिका एवं प्रोजेक्ट कार्य विद्यार्थियों द्वारा परिषदीय प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा के समय प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य होगा। व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों की प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा-
व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों की प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा हेतु जो विद्यालय प्रयोगात्मक परीक्षा केन्द्र निर्धारित किये जायेंगे, उन विद्यालयों के सम्बन्धित विषयों के अध्यापक / प्रधानाचार्य द्वारा आन्तरिक परीक्षक रूप में व्यक्तिगत परीक्षार्थियों को पचास प्रतिशत अंक प्रदान किये जायेंगे, शेष पचास प्रतिशत अंक वाह्य परीक्षक द्वारा देय होंगे। उपचारात्मक शिक्षण हेतु चार यूनिट टेस्ट निम्नलिखित है-

- द्वितीय यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) अगस्त अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- तृतीय यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) नवम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
- चतुर्थ यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) दिसम्बर अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
नोट- उपरोक्त यूनिट टेस्ट उपचारात्मक शिक्षण के अन्तर्गत विद्यालय स्तर पर लिये जायेंगे। इनके प्राप्तांक परीक्षफल में सम्मिलित नहीं किये जायेंगे।
