इकाई-1 सोलर लाइटिंग सिस्टम 10 सोलर स्ट्रीट लाइट, सोलर होम लाइट, सोलर लालटेन, गार्डेन लाइट, ट्रैफिक सिग्नल लाइट, रेलवे सिग्नल लाइट, रोड स्टड एवं कैट लाइट– संरचना एवं कार्य सिद्धान्त। स्टोरेज बैट्री से कनेक्शन देना, डस्क टू डॉन सिस्टम कार्य, अनुरक्षण एवं मरम्मत।
इकाई-2 मरम्मत के औजार एवं उपकरण 10 विभिन्न प्रकार के मरम्मत के औजारों की संक्षिप्त जानकारी, उपयोग एवं उनके रेखाचित्र बनाना, रखरखाव की बातें।
इकाई-3 सोलर कुकर 15
मूल कार्य सिद्धान्त, प्रकार, डिजाइन, निर्माण–सामग्री, घरेलू एवं सामुदायिक सोलर कुकर। सर्विस अनुसूचित, सामान्य अनुरक्षण अनुसूतित, दोष एवं मरम्मत, संक्षारण के रोकथाम।

सोलर हाट वाटर सिस्टम का कार्य सिद्धांत, कॉपर फ्लैट प्लेट तथा इवैकुऐटेड ट्यूब कलेक्टर सोलर कन्सेनट्रेटर, एस0डब्लु0एच0 के पार्ट, रोधन, इरेक्शन, इलेक्ट्रिक बैक—अप हीटर क्षरण रोधी जोड़ बनाना, कवर ग्लास की देखभाल। 05 –सोलर पम्प एवं पावर सिस्टम का कार्य सिद्धांत, देखभाल करना।

6 सोलर कुकर निर्माण के लिए कटिंग, वेल्डिंग एवं सोल्डरिंग करना।
सोलर उपकरणों की पेंटिंग करना।
सोलर हॉट वाटर (एस0डब्लू0एच0) सिस्टम की कमीशनिंग करना।
9 सोलर पावर सिस्टम की संरचना का अध्ययन करना।
10 किसी सोलर पावन प्लांट का विजिट करके अध्ययन करना।
11 कटिंग प्रैक्टिस, टिम्बर जोड़ बनाना, धातु के चद्दर को जोड़ना तथा सूल्किरिंग करना।
