उद्देश्य-

  1. छात्रों को प्लंबिंग ट्रेड के महत्व एवं उपयोगिता की जानकारी देना।
  2. छात्रों को प्लंबिंग कार्यों के निष्पादन की मूल प्रकिया और सामाग्री चयन की जानकारी देना।
  3. छात्रों को सुरक्षा एवं सावधानियों की जानकारी देना।
  4. छात्रों में व्यवसाय के प्रति रूचि पैदा करना।
  5. छात्रों में उद्मियता गुणों का विकास करना एवं उन्हें स्वरोजगार की ओर प्रेरित करना।

  1. प्लम्बर/पाइप फिटर के रूप में रोजगार।

इकाई 1. पाइप ज्वाइंट-

विभिन्न प्रकार के पाइप जोड़ की जानकारी- फ्लैंज जोड़ स्पिगोअ एवं सॉकेट जोड़, कॉलर जोड़, लचीला जोड़, प्रसार जोड़ आदि की बनावट, उपयोग एवं पहचान जोड़ बनाने की विधि।

इकाई 2. प्लंबर के औजार एवं उपकरण- 15

प्लंबर के विभिन्न प्रकार के औजार और उपकरणों की बनावट, उपयोग, पहचान, तथा सावधनियां-

पकड़ने वाले औजार- वॉइस, पाइप रिंच, पट्टी, पिलास, कार्य बेंच, स्पानर, एलेन की, पेंचकस, चिन्हक, कर्तन औजार जैसे हेक्सा, पाइप कटर, रेती, टैप एवं डाई, ड्रिल, ड्रिलिंग मशीन, पाइप बंकन मशीन, हीटिंग उपकरण जैसे फ्लेम टॉर्च, भट्टी आदि, मापन औजार जैसे स्टील-रूल, स्क्वायर, कैलिपर, इंच टेप आदि, ग्राइंडर सोल्डरिंग आयरन का वर्णन, चयन, पहचान एवं रखरखाव की जानकारी। इकाई 3. प्लंबिंग के विभिन्न प्रकार प्रकम- 15

पाइप को मापना, काटना, मोड़ना, उसमें चूड़ी बनाना, पाइप का विन्यास बनाना तथा उसके अनुसार पाइप बिछाना, शौचालय, बाथरूप, रसोई में प्लंबिंग उपस्कर लगाने के कार्य पद, संभावित दोष उनके कारण तथा बचाव की संक्षिप्त जानकारी, सीवेज डिस्पोजल की व्यवस्था की संक्षिप्त जानकारी।

इकाई ४. मरम्मत एवं अनुरक्षण-

12 टूट फूट एवं क्षरण के कारण, मरम्मत, क्षरण की रोकथाम, जंग लगे फ्लेंज को काटकर निकालना, नया फ्लैंज लगाना, टोंटी का वाशर बदलना, सैनिटरी सामानों की देखभाल तथा

अनुरक्षण और मरम्मत। मरम्मत शॉप की स्थापना। 13

इकाई 5. सेनेटरी फिटिंग एवं सैनिटेशन

विभिन्न प्रकार की सैनिटरी फिटिंग-सिंक, बाथ टब, वाशबेसिन, फ्लिशंग सिस्टम, सिस्टर्न, क्लोजेअ आदि की बनावट उपयोग तथा संस्थापन। ट्रैप, बेंड, सॉइल पाइप, मैन होल तथा चैंबर तथा यूरिनल । सेनिटेशन का महत्व, सैनिटेशन व्यवस्था एवं उसकी सफाई का वर्णन।

इकाई 6. राजगिरी

07 राजगिरी के औजार, बिल्डिंग सामग्री, सीमेंट मसाला बनाना, चिनाई कार्य, कंकीट भरना।

  1. जल आपूर्ति के लिए पाइपलाइन बिछाने का अभ्यास करना तथा उसमें वाटर मीटर लगाना।
  2. रसोई में आरओ तथा बाथरूम में वास वेसिन फिट करना।
  3. बाथरूम में ट्रैप एवं शावर लगाना तथा जांच करना।
  4. वायरिंग के लिए पाइप बिछाने का अभ्यास।
  5. एयर कंडीशनर के लिए पाइप फिटिंग करना।
  6. पाइप की दोषों की पहचान करना तथा मरम्मत करना।
  7. औजारों में धार लगाना।
  8. पुरानी फिक्सचर को निकालना मरम्मत करना तथा फिर से लगाना।
  9. इंस्पेक्शन चेंबर का निर्माण करना।

10 मैनहोल गुली ट्रैप का निर्माण करना।

11 डब्लू सी से सॉइल पाइप जोड़ना।

12 बाथ टब, बेसिन से पाइप जोड़ना तथा मरम्मत करना।

  1. फायर के लिए मेन सप्लाई हाइड्रेंट स्प्रिंकलर इंस्टॉल करना।
  2. सैनिटरी सिस्टम में लीकेज की मरम्मत करना। यूरिनल कि फिटिंग करना।

  1. तृतीय आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन-(चार यूनिट टेस्ट आधारित) 10 अंक
  2. प्रथम यूनिट टेस्ट (MCQ आधारित) जुलाई द्वितीय सप्ताह 20 अंक (10 अंक ग्रीष्मावकाश गृहकार्य + 10 अंक यूनिट टेस्ट)
  3. द्वितीय यूनिट टेस्ट (वर्णनात्मक प्रश्न आधारित) अगस्त अन्तिम सप्ताह 20 अंक
