आपदा प्रबन्धन कक्षा-10
उद्देष्य–
- स्कूल पर विभिन्न आपदाओं के विषय में जागरूकता प्रदान करना।
- किसी भी आपदा के घटने पर विद्यार्थियों को स्वतः Rescue Operation (बचाव कार्य) में मद्द करने के लिए तैयार रहना।
- स्कूल स्तर पर मॉडल आपदा प्रबन्धन प्लान के बारे में अवगत होना।
- रोजगार के अवसर— इस पाठ्यक्रम से राज्य सरकार, केन्द्र सरकार एवं एन०जी०ओ० में सहायक के पद पर अवसर प्राप्त होता है।

आपदा प्रबन्धन-प्रबन्ध चक्, आपदा से पूर्व, आपदा के दौरान, आपदा के पष्चात किये जाने वाले प्रबन्धन कार्य, केन्द्र एवं राज्य सरकार, जिला स्तरीय तैयारी– आपदा प्रबन्धन के संसाधनों, मीडिया, व्यक्ति, सूचना प्रणाली आदि का उपयोग, आपदा प्रबंधन की योजना बनाना एवं मानिटरिंग, आपदा प्रबंधन की टीम बनाना, संसाधन प्रबंधन, कार्य निर्देष, ग्रामीण स्तर पर आपदा प्रबन्धन समिति।

राहत— तत्कालिक हस्तक्षेप, खोज, बचाव, सुरक्षा, भोजन—पानी की व्यवस्था, सफाई व्यवस्था, चिकित्सा स्विधा-दीर्घकालीन व अल्पावधिक।
सुरक्षित—मैपिंग—सड़क, वैकल्पिक रास्ता, नाव, सम्पर्क केन्द्र, आश्रय, निकास, प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र, पुलिस केन्द्र, आश्रितों के लिये सुरक्षित स्थान, गोदाम, भोजन/अन्न की उपलब्धता एवं भण्डारण, चारे की व्यवस्था, अस्थायी कैम्प, पीने के पानी की व्यवस्था, पावर बैकअप, मिट्टी का तेल, टेण्ट हाऊस आदि।
इकाई-3
पुनर्वास-मूलभूत संसाधन, सेवाओं का पुनस्थापना एवं पुनर्निर्माण, सुविधाओं का पुनरारंभ, बचाव की योजना बनाना। इकाई–4 15 अंक
फायर फाइटिंग एवं विद्युत सुरक्षा-आग का परिचय, आग के प्रकार, आग लगने के मूल सिद्धांत, अग्नि त्रिकोण की
व्याख्या, आग बुझाने के सिद्धांत, प्राथमिक अग्निषमन यंत्र, आग बुझाने की माँक ड्रिल, स्थायी अग्निशमन व्यवस्थायें। इकाई–5 15 अंक
सुरक्षा प्रबन्धन-दुर्घटना के कारण एवं बचाव, कृतिम वसन, प्राथमिक उपचार, स्कूल स्तर पर, आपदा मॉडल प्रबन्धन योजना बनाना।
इकाई-6 -वर्षा जल प्रबन्धन।
प्रयोगात्मक विषय (Practical)—

प्रयोग—1:स्थानीय स्तर पर किसी आपदा के आकड़ों का संकलन, अध्ययन एवं रेखा चित्र एवं बार चित्र बनाना।
प्रयोग-2: प्राथमिक उपचार एवं कृत्रिम श्वसन का अभ्यास।
प्रयोग-3ः अग्निषमन यन्त्र द्वारा आग बुझाने का अभ्यास।
प्रयोग–4ः आपदा सुरक्षा उपकरणों का अध्ययन एवं अभ्यास।
प्रयोग-5ः स्कूल स्तर पर आपदा मॉडल प्रबन्धन योजना बनाकर किसी आपदा पर अभ्यास करना।
प्रयोग–6: स्थानीय परिस्थितियों के आधार पर आपदा से निपटने की योजना बनाना।
