सामान्य निर्देश :
निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़िए और उनका पालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 39 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं।
- प्रश्न-पत्र तीन खण्डों – क, ख और ग में विभाजित है।
खण्ड क : जीव विज्ञान (30 अंक) खण्ड ख : रसायन विज्ञान (25 अंक) खण्ड ग : भौतिक विज्ञान (25 अंक)
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में बहुविकल्पीय, अति लघु उत्तरीय, लघु उत्तरीय, दीर्घ उत्तरीय और केस/स्रोत-आधारित प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उसके सामने दिए गए हैं।
- केस-आधारित प्रश्न 4 अंक के हैं, जिनमें तीन उप-प्रश्न हैं।
- अपनी उत्तर पुस्तिका को प्रश्न-पत्र के अनुरूप तीन खण्डों में विभाजित कीजिए – खण्ड क (जीव विज्ञान), खण्ड ख (रसायन विज्ञान) तथा खण्ड ग (भौतिक विज्ञान)। प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर उसके संबंधित खण्ड में ही लिखना अनिवार्य है। एक खण्ड के उत्तर दूसरे खण्ड के उत्तर के साथ नहीं लिखने हैं।
- आवश्यकतानुसार प्रत्येक खण्ड और प्रश्न के साथ निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
- ्रकपया ध्यान दें कि दृष्टिबाधित परीक्षार्थियों के लिए एक अलग प्रश्न-पत्र दिया गया है।
- प्रश्न-पत्र में कोई समग्र विकल्प नहीं है। यद्यपि, कुछ प्रश्नों में केवल आंतरिक विकल्प का प्रावधान दिया गया है। इन प्रश्नों में से केवल एक ही प्रश्न का उत्तर लिखा जाना चाहिए।

- स्पाइरोगाइरा में बहुकोशिकीय जीव होने के बावजूद प्रजनन की सरल विधियाँ परिलक्षित होती हैं। स्पाइरोगाइरा में जनन के संबंध में सही विकल्प का चयन कीजिए:

- कोशिकाओं का दो कोशिकाओं में विभाजन होने के कारण अलैंगिक जनन
- लैंगिक जनन, जिसमें कोशिकाओं के विभाजन के कारण अनेक कोशिकाएँ बनती हैं
- स्पाइरोगाइरा के तंतु का अनेक छोटे-छोटे ट्कड़ों में खंडित (टूट) होने के कारण अलैंगिक जनन
- तंतु की कोशिकाओं के अर्धसूत्री विभाजन के बाद युग्मकों का बनना, तत्पश्चात् नर तथा मादा युग्मकों के युग्मन के कारण लैंगिक जनन होना
