  1. इस प्रश्न-पत्र को पढ़ने के लिए 15 मिनट का समय दिया गया है। प्रश्न-पत्र का वितरण पर्वाह्न में 10.15 बजे किया जाएगा। 10.15 बजे से 10.30 बजे तक परीक्षार्थी केवल प्रश्न-पत्र को पहेंगे और इस अवधि के दौरान वे उत्तर-पुस्तिका पर कोई उत्तर नहीं लिखेंगे। 15 minute time has been allotted to read this question paper. The question paper will be distributed at 10.15 a.m. From 10.15 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., the candidates will read the question paper only and will not write any answer on the answer-book during this period.

सामान्य निर्देश :

निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से पालन कीजिए : (i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 34 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं।

  1. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उनके सामने अंकित हैं।
  2. उत्तर संक्षिप्त तथा बिंदुवार होने चाहिए।
  3. 3 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर 50 से 75 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
  4. 4 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 150 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
  5. 6 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 200 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
  6. प्रत्येक प्रश्न के सभी भागों के उत्तर एक साथ लिखे जाने चाहिए।

  1. कबीर ने एक प्रसिद्ध कार व्यापारी, ‘ग्लोबल मोटर्स’ से ₹ 2 करोड़ की एक आरामदायक (लक्जरी) कार खरीदी । कुछ ही दिनों में, उसने कार में गंभीर किमयाँ पाईं । जब उसने ‘ग्लोबल मोटर्स’ से सम्पर्क किया, तो उन्होंने कार को ठीक करने या बदलने से मना कर दिया। कबीर ने तब उपयुक्त उपभोक्ता न्यायालय में केस दर्ज करवाया। लेकिन इस न्यायालय के आदेश से कबीर संतुष्ट नहीं हुआ। अब कबीर कहाँ अपील दर्ज कर सकता है ?

  1. शरद, ‘नोवा लिमिटेड’ में प्रचालन प्रबंधक था । उसने उत्पादन पर्यवेक्षक, अनिता को एक अतिआवश्यक आदेश की पूर्ति करने का कार्य सौंपा। उसे कार्य की योजना बनाने तथा निश्चित समय सीमा में उसे पूरा करने का अधिकार दिया। अनिता ने उस कार्य को आगे मशीन प्रचालक, रोहित को सौंप दिया और उसे दिन के अंत तक पूरा करने को कहा। रोहित कार्य को समय पर पूरा नहीं कर सका जिसके कारण कम्पनी आदेश की सुपुर्दगी करने में असफल रही। कार्य पूरा न होने पर शरद के प्रति कौन उत्तरदायी है ?
