निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से पालन कीजिए :
(i) इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 34 प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उसके सामने अंकित हैं।
- उत्तर संक्षिप्त तथा बिंदुवार होने चाहिए।
- 3 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर 50 से 75 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- <math>\bm{4}</math> अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 150 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- 6 अंकों के प्रश्नों के उत्तर लगभग 200 शब्दों में लिखे जाने चाहिए।
- प्रत्येक प्रश्न के सभी भागों के उत्तर एक साथ लिखे जाने चाहिए।
प्रश्न संख्या <math>\bm{1}</math> से <math>\bm{20}</math> तक बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न (MCQ) हैं, जिनमें प्रत्येक <math>\bm{1}</math> अंक का है। <math>20 \times 1 = 20</math>
- ‘आरएवीएल’ एक एलईडी बल्ब बनाने वाली कंपनी है। उत्पादन की कुशलता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए, श्रमिकों को मासिक लक्ष्य दिए जाते हैं। अक्टूबर 2025 के माह में, श्रमिकों को 8,000 बल्ब बनाने का लक्ष्य दिया गया । महीने के अंत में, यह पता चला कि वास्तविक उत्पादन केवल 6,000 बल्ब था। जाँच के बाद, यह पता चला कि प्रशिक्षित श्रमिकों की कमी के कारण लक्ष्य प्राप्त नहीं हो पाया। इस समस्या को हल करने के लिए, उत्पादन प्रबंधक ने श्रमिकों के लिए प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम की व्यवस्था की तथा साथ ही अतिरिक्त श्रमिकों की भी भर्ती की। प्रशिक्षित श्रमिकों की कमी की समस्या को हल करने के लिए उत्पादन प्रबंधक द्वारा नियंत्रण प्रक्रिया के किस चरण का अनुसरण किया गया ?
