- हिमांशु ने ‘गैलेक्सी मोटर्स’ से ₹ 25 लाख की एक नई कार खरीदी । उसे पहले वर्ष के लिए मुफ़्त बीमा तथा कार द्वारा क्रमशः 5,000 किलोमीटर, 10,000 किलोमीटर तथा 15,000 किलोमीटर तय करने पर प्रथम तीन सफ़ाई-धुलाई (सर्विसिंग) की मुफ़्त सेवाएँ प्रस्तुत की गईं। जब हिमांश कार को प्रथम सफ़ाई-धुलाई (सर्विसिंग) की मुफ़्त सेवा के लिए ले कर गया, तो उसे बताया गया कि यह कार नई कार नहीं है और इस कार पर सफ़ाई-धुलाई (सर्विसिंग) की प्रथम सुविधा का लाभ पहले ही उठाया जा चुका है । उसे अनुभव हुआ कि उसके साथ धोखा हुआ है और उसने राज्य कमीशन में एक शिकायत दर्ज़ की । राज्य कमीशन के निर्णय से संतुष्ट नहीं होने पर उसने दो महीनों के बाद निर्णय लिया कि वह इसके विरुद्ध अपील करेगा ।
क्या हिमांशु राज्य कमीशन के निर्णय के विरुद्ध अपील कर सकता है ? अपने उत्तर के समर्थन में कारण दीजिए।
