- सोनिका के जन्मदिन पर उसकी माँ ने उसे सोने की कान की बालियों की एक जोड़ी दी। एक महीने बाद सोनिका ने देखा कि कान की बालियाँ अपनी चमक खो रही हैं। उसने कान की बालियों पर लगे चिह्न की जाँच की और पाया कि यह उचित हॉलमार्क नहीं है और दुकानदार ने उसकी माँ के साथ धोखा किया है। अतः उसने जिला फोरम में एक शिकायत दर्ज़ की जिसे जिला फोरम द्वारा रद्द कर दिया गया। जिला फोरम के निर्णय से वह असंतुष्ट थी तथा बहुत अधिक परेशान थी और दो महीने के बाद उसने यह निर्णय लिया कि वह आगे अपील करेगी।
क्या सोनिका जिला फोरम के निर्णय के विरुद्ध अपील कर सकती है ? अपने उत्तर के समर्थन में कारण दीजिए।
