सामान्य निर्देश:

निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से पालन कीजिए :

  1. इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 10 प्रश्न हैं।
  2. यह प्रश्न-पत्र चार खण्डों में विभाजित है – खण्ड क, ख, ग और घ /
  3. सभी प्रश्न अनिवार्य हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न के सामने निर्धारित अंक दिए गए हैं।
  4. खण्ड क – प्रश्न संख्या 1 से 4 तक लघु-उत्तरीय प्रश्न हैं । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 3 अंकों का है । प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर 80 शब्दों से अधिक का नहीं होना चाहिए।
  5. खण्ड ख – प्रश्न संख्या 5 से 7 तक दीर्घ-उत्तरीय प्रश्न हैं । प्रत्येक प्रश्न 6 अंकों का है । प्रत्येक प्रश्न का उत्तर 150 - 200 शब्दों से अधिक का नहीं होना चाहिए।
  6. खण्ड ग – प्रश्न संख्या 8 और 9 केस-आधारित प्रश्न हैं। प्रत्येक प्रश्न, उप-प्रश्नों के साथ 4 अंकों का है।
  7. खण्ड घ – प्रश्न संख्या 10 मानचित्र-आधारित प्रश्न है, जो 2 अंकों का है।
  8. प्रश्न-पत्र में समग्र पर कोई विकल्प नहीं है, फिर भी, कुछ प्रश्नों में आंतरिक विकल्प दिए गए हैं। ऐसे विकल्पीय प्रश्नों में से केवल एक प्रश्न का ही उत्तर लिखना है।

  2. “संविधान सभा में पेश किया गया ‘उद्देश्य प्रस्ताव’ एक ऐतिहासिक प्रस्ताव था ।” कथन की व्याख्या कीजिए । 3
  3. (क) अठारहवीं शताब्दी के दौरान राजमहल पहाड़ियों में रहने वाले पहाड़ी लोगों के प्रति अंग्रेज़ों द्वारा अपनाई गई नीतियों का विश्लेषण कीजिए ।

  • (ख) ब्रिटिश ईस्ट इंडिया कंपनी के असाधारण प्रेक्षक के रूप में फ्रांसिस बुकानन की भूमिका की परख कीजिए।

5. भारतीय लोकतंत्र के लिए ‘शक्तिशाली और एकीकृत केन्द्र’ की आवश्यकता पर बी.आर. अम्बेडकर, गोपालस्वामी अय्यंगर और बालकृष्ण शर्मा के विचारों का विश्लेषण कीजिए। 2+2+2=6

6. (क) "मुगलों के अपने पड़ोसी राजनीतिक शक्तियों के साथ राजनियक रिश्ते और संघर्ष थे।" इस कथन को स्पष्ट कीजिए। 6 अथवा
