निम्नलिखित निर्देशों को बहुत सावधानी से पढ़िए और उनका सख़्ती से पालन कीजिए :
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में 12 प्रश्न हैं /
- प्रश्न संख्या 1 – 4, 2 अंकों के हैं । यह लघु-उत्तरीय प्रकार के प्रश्न हैं तथा इनका उत्तर 30 – 50 शब्दों में दीजिए /
- प्रश्न संख्या 5 – 8, 3 अंकों के हैं। यह लघु-उत्तरीय प्रकार के प्रश्न हैं तथा इनका उत्तर 50 – 80 शब्दों में दीजिए ।
- प्रश्न संख्या 9 – 12, 5 अंकों के हैं । यह दीर्घ-उत्तरीय प्रकार के प्रश्न हैं तथा इनका उत्तर 80 – 120 शब्दों में दीजिए /
- प्रश्न-पत्र में कोई समग्र विकल्प नहीं है। लेकिन 3 अंकों के 1 प्रश्न में तथा 5 अंकों के 2 प्रश्नों में आन्तरिक विकल्प दिए गए हैं।
- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में केस/स्रोत आधारित प्रश्न हैं।
- कैसे प्रबंध कार्य 'नियंत्रण' कर्मचारियों को अभिप्रेरित करता है तथा उन्हें बेहतर निष्पादन देने में सहायता करता है ? उल्लेख कीजिए ।
2 2. ‘निरीक्षण करने के लिए सूचना माँगना, पूछताछ करना तथा शेयर बाज़ार एवं मध्यस्थों का लेखापरीक्षण (ऑडिट) करना’ भारतीय प्रतिभूति एवं विनिमय बोर्ड द्वारा निष्पादित एक कार्य है । इस वर्ग के किन्हीं दो अन्य कार्यों का उल्लेख कीजिए। 2 3. ‘पदोन्नति संगठन में नव रक्त के सम्मिश्रण को रोकता है।’ परन्तु, इसका उपयोग अभी भी आन्तरिक रूप से रिक्तियों को भरने के एक अच्छे स्रोत के रूप में किया जाता है। इसके लिए किन्हीं दो कारणों का उल्लेख कीजिए। 2
- ‘नियुक्तिकरण मानव संसाधनों के सर्वोत्तम उपयोग को सुनिश्चित करता है।’किन्हीं दो बिन्दुओं के द्वारा इस कथन का औचित्य स्पष्ट कीजिए।
